USJF represent Corsi as journalist

To Whom It May Concern,

Please be advised that the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) has been asked to represent Dr. Jerome Corsi , and WORLDNETDAILY.COM (WND) (the 13-year-old largest independent, English speaking, Internet news source in the world, with a readership of over 8 million viewers), in potential litigation against the UNFCCC for its refusal to grant press credentials for Dr. Corsi to attend the UN Framework Convention for Climate Change, or UNFCCC, commencing December 7, 2009, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Dr. Jerome Corsi is a respected author, having written two, non-fiction, #1 New York Times best-selling books, and a full-time senior staff writer for WorldNetDaily. Dr. Corsi has, over the past 2 weeks been attempting to contact UNFCCC to obtain his press credentials for this historic event, to no avail. Your refusal to respond to these contacts leads to the conclusion that UNFCCC believes that if it ignores Dr. Corsi, he “will go away.” Nothing can be further from the truth. If he is denied press credentials to this event as a result of the acts, or omissions, of UNFCCC, litigation will ensue that will result in substantial negative press coverage for UNFCCC, and for the attendees at the Copenhagen Conference as well. The specter of UNFCCC trying to allow attendance at the conference only of journalists that will report in what UNFCCC views to be a positive manner on the conference will not sit well with the American public, no matter what the outcome of the litigation.

I have enclosed herewith copies of Dr. Corsi’s Passport, his National Press Club membership card, and his Press Credentials from WND. I have also included, below, copies of some of Dr. Corsi’s previous attempts to contact UNFCCC.
